Dr. Thorne is a general orthopedic surgeon with special interest in Joint Replacment, Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine.

Dr. Thorne earned his undergraduate degree from Notre Dame University while playing football for the Fighting Irish.  He attended medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine and completed an internship at the Indiana University Medical Center.  His orthopaedic training was at Indiana University School of Medicine.  After graduating in 2005, he practiced in Indianapolis before joining Central Indiana Orthopedics in 2007.  Dr. Thorne is Board Eligible by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
