DIRECTIONS

From the South
-  Travel north on highway 37 to highway 13 and turn left.  Continue on highway 13 to A Street and turn Left.  The office is located in the hospital on the left.

From the North
-  Travel south on highway 13 into Elwood.  Turn right on A Street, and the office is located in the hospital on the left.

From the East
-  Travel west on highway 28 to highway 13.  Turn left on highway 13 and take to A Street and turn right.  The office is located in the hospital on the left.

From the West
-  Travel east on highway 28 to highway 13.  Turn right on highway 13 and take to A Street and turn right.  The office is located in the hospital on the left.
