DIRECTIONS

From the North on Interstate 69
-  Get off at exit 59 and head east on highway 22 into Upland.  While in Upland 22 becomes Main St. and you are now heading south.  The Upland Health & Diagnostics Center is located on the left side of the road across from Taylor University.

From the South on Interstate 69
-  Get off at exit 55 and head east on highway 26, take this until the road T's into highway 5, turn left.  This turns into Main St. in Upland.  The Upland Health & Diagnostics Center is located on the right side of the road across from Taylor University.
