PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Central Indiana Orthopedics has an employment opportunity for a Physician Assistant (PA) at its Muncie, IN office. This PA position will work directly with a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and upper extremity. This position includes time in an office as well as a surgical/hospital setting, including call rotation.

Candidates must be licensed by the State of Indiana and possess certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. Preferred candidates will have one or more years of experience in orthopedics.

NURSE PRACTITIONER
Central Indiana Orthopedics is seeking applicants for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to work in both its Muncie and Anderson, IN offices.
 
Primary responsibilities for this individual include obtaining a complete medical history, performing physical examinations, and ordering tests as necessary. This position will evaluate and treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal problems in a clinical setting. Additionally, individuals in this role will collaborate with physicians to manage acute and long-term medical needs. Other duties may include staffing a same-day clinic, treating a variety of orthopedic and sports related injuries. The Nurse Pract
itioner will document and code all professional services.
Candidates must be eligible for a Nurse Practioner’s license in the state of Indiana. Preferred candidates will have one to two years’ experience in an orthopedic setting.
