Scheduling

To ensure that your appointment is made with the appropriate physician, and in the necessary timeframe, we ask that you phone one of our offices to make your appointment.

Surgeons usually have 2-3 days each week that they schedule patients in the office. On the other days, they are  in surgery. Sometimes the next available appointment for a surgeon is several days away. Sometimes 2 weeks or more.

Our physiatrist also see patients 2-3 days each week. Their time for an appointment is usually less than two weeks.

Our sports medicine physicians are in the office most of the time, and therefore usually have sooner appointments. You can often get an appointment with a sports physician within a week or so.

When calling for an appointment, please inform our Operator of your preference for:

-  An appointment with the first available physician
-  An appointment with a specific physician
-  An appointment with a specific type of physician
    (i.e., Ortho, Physiatrist, Sports, Work Comp Physician)
-  An appointment at a particular location.
